Terms of service
These terms ("Terms") govern the provision of virtual assistant services by Your Side Assistants ("we", "us", "our") to clients ("you", "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide virtual assistant services to support your business operations, including:
E-commerce Management
- Shopify product management — uploads, descriptions, variants, collections
- WooCommerce product management — catalogue, updates, maintenance
- Pigu.lt product listing and catalogue management
- Order processing, fulfilment coordination, returns and customer communication
- Inventory monitoring and stock management
- Newsletter creation and sending via MailerLite
Executive & Office Support
- Executive assistance — calendar, inbox, scheduling, coordination
- Office administration — documents, filing, supplier communication
- Preparation of work contracts and service agreements
- Invoice creation, tracking and basic bookkeeping support
- Data entry, database updates and contact research
- Social media scheduling and community management
The exact scope of services is defined in your service agreement prior to commencement.
2. Pricing and Payment
We offer the following monthly plans:

- Invoices are issued monthly and payable within 14 days of receipt.
- For custom or one-off projects, pricing will be specified in a separate agreement.
- Late payments may incur a reminder fee as outlined in your invoice.
- We offer a free one-time trial task (up to 5 products or one specific task) for new clients, subject to an introductory call.
3. Service Agreement & Commitment
- We operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment required.
- Before commencing work, both parties sign a straightforward service agreement outlining scope, confidentiality, and payment terms.
- Either party may end the arrangement with 2 weeks' written notice.
- No penalty or cancellation fee applies. All work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective service delivery, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your business and tasks.
- Respond promptly to requests for clarification or approval.
- Grant necessary access to platforms, accounts and credentials required to deliver services (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, Pigu.lt, email).
- Ensure all tasks requested comply with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Confidentiality
- We treat all your business information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties, except where required to deliver services or by law.
- All team members involved in delivering services are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- We are happy to sign a separate NDA upon request before commencing work.
- Upon termination, we will return or securely delete any sensitive client data as requested.
6. Liability
- We are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable services.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Amendments
We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lithuania.
