What platforms do you work with?
We specialise in Shopify, WooCommerce, and Pigu.lt. If you use another platform, get in touch and we'll let you know if we can help.
How quickly can you start?
Once the contract is signed, we're ready to start within 48 hours. Onboarding is quick — we just need access to your store and a short briefing on how you work. Most clients are fully up and running by the end of their first week.
Is there a minimum contract period?
We work on a monthly basis with no long-term commitment required. We sign a simple service agreement before starting — it protects both sides and keeps everything clear. To end the arrangement, all we ask is 2 weeks' notice so we can wrap things up properly. No lock-ins, no penalties — just honest work and mutual respect.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes — but nothing complicated. Before we start, we sign a straightforward service agreement that outlines the scope of work, confidentiality, and payment terms. It's there to protect you as much as us. There's no long-term commitment — the agreement runs month to month, and either side can end it with 2 weeks' written notice. That's it.
What if I need more than my plan includes?
No problem. We'll let you know when you're approaching your limit and discuss whether to upgrade your plan or add extra hours. We always agree on it before doing additional work.
How do we communicate day to day?
We're flexible — email, Slack, WhatsApp, or whatever works best for you. We provide regular progress updates so you always know what's been done.
Is my store data safe with you?
Absolutely. We treat your business data with full confidentiality. We're happy to sign an NDA before starting if that gives you peace of mind.
Can I try your service before committing?
Yes — we offer a free trial task for new clients. We'll handle up to 5 product uploads or one specific task so you can see exactly how we work before signing anything. All we ask is a short intro call first, so we can understand your store and make sure we're a good fit. After the trial, there's no pressure — but most clients are ready to get started straight away.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. We ask for 2 weeks' notice so we can wrap up ongoing tasks properly and hand everything back in order. No penalty, no hassle.
